Holiday Gift Request Guidelines
We’re so grateful for your support in helping us bring holiday joy to children in foster care.
Below you’ll find important information and guidelines for requesting gifts this season.

Gift Requests

  • Each volunteer may request up to 2 gifts per child from our approved gift list.
  • For children ages 13 and older: You may request one $25 gift card (Walmart, Target, Amazon, or Visa/Mastercard) in addition to one other gift.
  • For children placed outside Brevard County: You may request one $25 gift card instead of gifts. The volunteer is responsible for mailing the card to the child or caregiver or using it
to purchase gifts that can be shipped. Friends of Children cannot cover shipping
    costs.
  • Please submit a separate form for each child.

Essentials
If your child needs clothing, shoes, baby supplies, or other necessities, please submit a
funding request (not a holiday gift request). The form can be found under the Resources tab on
our website.

Hoodies

  • Please provide the child’s approximate hoodie size when completing the form.
  • Some hoodies will be available at gift pickup, but since these are donated, sizes and
    availability cannot be guaranteed.

A Note About Gifts
All holiday gifts are generously donated by members of our community through collection
drives, Amazon lists, and Angel Cards at local businesses. Because of this, we cannot guarantee
every specific wish will be fulfilled, and substitutions may be necessary.

Your dedication helps make the holidays truly magical for these deserving kids. Thank you for
being part of this effort!

Warmest Wishes,

David Smith
